I just wanted to say “Thanks” for all of the help North Shore Enterprises provided my family. We were in a dire financial situation and needed to get out of our upside-down mortgage. We didn’t have a lot of time to sell the home as a foreclosure notice had already been issued. We called North Shore and they were able to get us an extension which bought us the time we needed for North Shore to negotiate a short sale and get our home sold. The guys were great to work with kept us updated weekly (and sometimes even daily) with what was happening throughout the entire short sale. 2 months later we had a buyer for our house. Thanks again guys! We’ll be sure to recommend you to anyone else we know in the same situation that we were in.

The office of North Shore Enterprises has completed over 700 successful short sales, negotiated over $14,000,000 worth of over debted real estate and effectively alleviated hundreds of homeowners from financial burden. Our systematic approach to the short sale process keeps everyone in the loop with what is happening throughout the short sale process.
